At Naheed Asif, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times.
Shipping Charges
We calculate shipping charges based on your delivery location and the weight of your outfit. You can view the applicable charges at checkout before placing your order. For international orders, customers must pay any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by the destination country.
Made-to-Order Articles
We prepare each made-to-order outfit according to the timeline stated on its product page. Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays. All stated timelines follow Pakistan Standard Time (PST, UTC+5).
Ready-to-Ship Articles
We dispatch ready-to-ship articles within seven days of order confirmation. However, the actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Nationwide Deliveries
For deliveries within Pakistan, orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after dispatch. However, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service issues.
International Deliveries
For international orders, our logistics partners determine the estimated delivery time. Delivery periods may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services. Therefore, international customers should allow additional time for customs processing.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you place an order for delivery within the European Union, applicable consumer protection laws may give you the right to withdraw from your purchase. If you exercise this right after we dispatch your order, you may need to cover the return shipping costs, subject to applicable law. We will handle any refunds, taxes, duties, and other charges according to the relevant legal requirements.
